The "Spotify" name, logo, and wordmark are trademarks of Spotify AB. We use them under fair-use principles ( nominative use to refer to the underlying application) and not in any way that suggests endorsement.
2. Personal-use modification
The Spotify Premium APK we publish is the official Spotify Android application with a documented patch set applied. The patch set modifies client-side entitlement checks only. The patches are intended for personal, non-commercial use. In most jurisdictions, modifying software on a device you own for personal use is a recognized fair-use exception to copyright law. However, redistribution of modified binaries may, in some jurisdictions, conflict with the software's end-user license agreement (EULA).
SpotifyApk.club is not a substitute for the official Spotify Premium subscription. If you can afford it, supporting Spotify directly via a paid subscription funds the artists, songwriters, podcasters, and engineers who make the platform possible. We encourage readers to do so.
3. No warranty
The APK, the documentation, and the site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no guarantee that the APK will function on every device, that every Premium feature will remain unlocked indefinitely, that Spotify will not change its entitlement validation logic in a way that breaks the patch, or that the APK will not be revoked or replaced by a future security update.
We do, however, audit every build before publication and stand behind the integrity of the file as published on SpotifyApk.club at the time of download. If a published file is found to be unsafe, we publish a security advisory and revoke the file.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpotifyApk.club, its owners, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunity, arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the APK or the site.
5. Account risk
Using a modded APK with your primary Spotify account is at your own risk. Spotify's Terms of Service reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the EULA. While we are not aware of any documented case of Spotify banning an individual user for installing a modded APK, the possibility exists in principle. We strongly recommend using a secondary email address when signing into the modded APK.
6. Editorial content
The blog posts, guides, and long-form content on SpotifyApk.club represent the opinions and best-effort research of our editorial team as of the publication date. Software, security, and legal context evolve; an article written in 2024 may not reflect best practices in 2027. We periodically update key articles; the "Last updated" date on each article reflects its most recent revision.
